Our Law Office was established in the second half of 1991 by Dr. Mustafa Ünal and
after 2005, it has been reorganised as Attorneys Partnership with the participation of
Att. Ahmet Naim Taylan who was an attorney at the same office since 1993 and
continues its activities for the purpose of providing better services to its clients with its professional know-how which has particularly been created by the consultancy services to well-known corporations. Since the year 1991, we have enlarged our team with two experienced and well-known partners Att. Mehmet Can Erdündar and Att. Abdurrahman Sacid Göksu. Today, we represent Turkish and international clients in a wide range of private and public transaction and businesses with 15 esteemed colleagues.
Our aim is to provide consultancy and advocacy services that are needed by a
commercial enterprise in the field of private law. Other than providing our consultancy services in our office, it is also possible to provide such services at any location requested by the client by fixing appointment beforehand. Furthermore, we are also able to provide consultancy services to our clients through other means of communication on almost all legal issues concerning a commercial enterprise.
Our vision to provide the best legal services in key sectors including foreign
investment, international trade, real estate, administrative and commercial disputes,
tax law, banking and finance, dispute resolution, employment, energy and
infrastructure, government incentives, mergers and acquisitions, international
